Organic GABA Green Tea
As part of our continuing commitment to provide you with healthy and tasty tea products, we are introducing a unique tea, Organic GABA Green tea. Our organic GABA (Gamma Amino Butyric Acid) green tea is made from all natural, organic, shade-grown raw tea leaves grown for organic Sencha. These leaves are processed with a special method that results in higher amounts of GABA than our regular green tea, as well as other GABA green teas on the market. GABA is known for maintaining blood pressure and sympathetic nerves in a normal state, suppressing and lowering blood pressure spikes by relieving tension and stress, and relaxing and calming brain excitement, thus improving the quality of sleep.
This lightly fermented tea also has a unique slightly sour taste similar to some vegetables. Perhaps a perfect snack/tea time is our GABA green tea and fresh tomatoes which are also known for a high GABA concentration.
