Our Organic Premium Restaurant Matcha is carefully and naturally grown at our contracted tea farm in Kawane, Shizuoka under the strict specifications of JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standard) organic program that is equivalent to the NOP (National Organic Program) in the US. We believe it is the best quality in terms of umami and cup color among cooking grade organic Matchas. You can enjoy a straight cup of hot or iced Matcha or use it as a premium ingredient for Lattes, Lemonade, pastry and other culinary treats.

Tasting Profile:
Bright green liquid with good body and sweetness and slight fresh natural bitterness.



We recommend that you make a smooth matcha paste for easy use in the recipes.

      1. Put one spoon of matcha and 1.5oz of water (cold or hot depending on the recipe) into a bowl and mix well with a whisk or Chasen (bamboo whisk).
      2. When the smooth matcha paste is ready, pour it into a glass or cup, then follow the instructions for each recipe.
