Shipping Policy & Rates
We generally ship orders within 3 business days after being received. Occasionally, high order volume during special sales and the holidays require several additional days for shipping. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Orders to the continental US are sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

If you purchase the $3 Green Tea Sampler for Novices: This Sampler is a special promotional item and not counted as a total purchase of $50 for free shipping.
To our Canadian Customers: We will ship your order by Priority Mail International. The only exception is for the $3 Green Tea Sampler which will be sent by First Class Mail International. Canadian deliveries may take up to 10 business days depending on the delivery area and season.
